Thank You for attending your training session.

To complete the process you need to undertake the appropriate multi-choice course assessment.

You will need to click on the appropriate assessment below, but first please read the instructions carefully:

Basic Life Support & AED Assessment

Instructions

If this is your first time you have done an assessment on our assessment system, when you have clicked the appropriate link above, click the “Create Account” option on the right of the screen under the username and password fields. (If you are a returning user enter your email address and the password you set previously and press the “login” button.)

If creating an account, enter your normal work email address and a password you will remember and press the blue “Create Account” button.

You will now be in the assessment system, enter your full name, the course reference number of the course you attended (starts with K, S or G and a three figure number), enter your email address then press “next”.

You can now answer the assessment questions. If you do not pass on the first attempt, note the questions you got wrong and press the retake assessment button for a further attempt.

Certificates

Your certificate will be sent to you by email, once the course attendance and assessment results have been processed and matched. Please allow 10 working days for this process to happen. Please note we are unable to respond to individual request for urgent certificates.

If the assessment is not undertaken within 3 months of the training session we will be unable to issue a certificate and it will be necessary to complete the session again and take the assessment to obtain a certificate.
